Most people would boldly tell you they are choosing life and would never choose the “way of death”. However, when we live our daily lives only by what we think is right or wrong, outside of seeking guidance, knowledge, and wisdom from our Creator God and His Book of Life, we are choosing what seems right in our own eyes and the Bible says this leads to the way of death.
There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. Proverbs 14:12
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:6
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” John 10:10
