Love my white roses.🤍
In 9 years of driving to Sylacauga on Monday’s for my joyful dance teaching day💃 had my first flat tire on the way home last night.😔Driving cheerfully homeward bound and suddenly I hear this extremely loud pop; and within seconds my Lexus smooth glide has now become a bumpy, grinding ride.😳 Thankfully, I am near a small restaurant and rumble into the parking lot. Since I have been on my feet since 2 and it’s already after 9 pm, my first thought is not, “oh happy, happy, joy joy!” 😅 After fumbling thru apps and info, I finally get connected to roadside and then get the joyous news that the roadside helper’s ETA will be after 11!🙄 - what I thought? Why so long of a wait while I am in “good hands” with Allstate?🤦‍♀️ My handsome hubby was about to be on his way to alleviate this very long wait, but, in his wisdom, asks, “Is there anyone around you who might could help?” Yes, I say. It just so happens a guy and his lady friend have been standing in the parking lot engaged in delightful conversation this entire time. Reluctantly, I decide to interrupt them. I kindly and humbly ask the guy can he please help a sister out and let me gladly pay him. He promptly says yes to helping and no to paying (which I of course ignored) and this made Joyful Jenny oh so happy.😃
Good glorious snowy day that the Lord has made!❄️ Prayers of peace, rest and a restoration of joy in it.🙏
Good snowy day deer friends😊❄️🦌
Lord, help us to have a heart like King David. Help us to be a man or woman after Your heart. As we pray like King David with true hearts of repentance, may we be overcome with a refreshing wave of Your love and forgiveness and a restoration of JOY in Your presence. Amen.
How do you remain in PEACE and JOY no matter what? You renew your mind to think like Jesus and keep your mind and your heart set on the God of PEACE and Jesus, our JOY Giver. Amen. You read books that are in agreement and alignment with the full counsel of God’s Word. These are just a few good reads that help, and the last one pictured - which this last one is to always be first for sure - is the greatest book of all books, the Holy Bible, the Word of God. 📖🔥❤️🙏
Take away from Me the noise of your songs, for I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments. But let justice run down like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream.
Re-reading this and think every Christian should read this book. It would be a great small group study. Unforgiveness is such a big issue and hinders the move of the Holy Spirit in the Church. It is the root of so many issues in our hearts, minds and physical bodies even. Medical studies have linked unforgiveness to several diseases and illnesses. We never stop needing to receive and release forgiveness. Joyful reads and studies what she needs help with. Joyful Jenny has had a LOT of practice with this one over the years. Trust me. I have forgiven the murderers of a beloved brother and the betrayal of family members to name a few. So, it make take me a little time with the continued lesser offenses than these, but I will always forgive you too. This is not easy. It’s hard like most everything else. We make a choice first and then we say. “Help me, Holy Spirit.”
