Blessed & Joyful through the Fire!

The Holy Spirit is good about confirming what He is speaking to the Church for such a time as this. I began hearing the words, “fire, fire, fire” in the fall of 2020 and into January of 2021 and all through this year I keep hearing “fire.” I followed a prompting to create a few video clips relating to encountering the fire of God’s presence, going through the fiery trials, and carrying the firepower of the Holy Spirit, as well as writing about a fresh baptism of love and fire. Numerous other leaders and prophetic voices within the body of Christ are also hearing, speaking, and releasing messages relating to fire – the fire of the Holy Spirit, the Refiner’s fire, and the consuming fire of God. The Church has been experiencing a shaking, a sifting, a separating, and now a purifying and refining process as the sweltering fiery trials continue.

“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what He is saying to the churches.”
Revelation 3:13 NLT

On Sunday, October 31, 2021, fiery Charlotte Gambill preached another related message about going through the fires of persecution. This is a promise for those who are doing what is right in the eyes of God.*

The message entitled, “Blessed Are the Persecuted” is available online at: http://www.churchofthehighlands.com. Powerful worship by anointed CeCe Winans preceded the Word and can also be experienced at this link.

Warning: This message is not for those who are comfortable with consumer Christianity. This message is fuel for those who want to be consumed with the fresh firepower of the Holy Spirit.

The enemy is not looking for injuries but fatalities.” Yes, amen, Charlotte. The enemy’s goal is always to steal, kill and destroy as Jesus told us in John 10:10.

Using the example of Daniel, Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego from Daniel chapter 3, Charlotte gave many powerful points.* Here are a few takeaways (Fiery Jenny’s abridged version):

🔥Don’t be surprised by the persecution and the fiery trials – be prepared by the Word of God. In order to share the glory, we share the suffering and persecution part too. We cannot pick and choose.

🔥Don’t bow to the opinions of our compromising culture, nor to the modern-day idols of self over serving and worshiping God thru the fiery trials.

🔥Keep standing, strengthening and living by convictions from The Holy Spirit that line up with the Word over worldly deceptions.

🔥Don’t let the enemy steal your identity. Know who you are in Christ. We must spend time with our Father God for His voice to be louder than every other voice or lie of the enemy. Don’t accommodate or tolerate his lies. Instead, expose them with truth.

🔥Don’t let the enemy steal your voice. Speak the truth in love.

🔥Don’t let the enemy steal your choice. Choose Life. Choose the Word. Choose to Worship, pray, and obey God above all others. Choose to fellowship in person with other brothers and sisters within the family of God.

🔥Don’t be fearful – God is always faithful to His sons and daughters. Instead, deepen your convictions and defend them. God is with us in every form of persecution and in every fiery trial.

🔥Don’t be consumed with being comfortable. Be consumed with the fresh firepower of the Holy Spirit. Leave a legacy of love and truth.

Yes, blessed {joyful in the Lord} can we still be even in the midst of persecution and fiery trials. This promise is for those who are doing what is right as defined by The Word and God’s kingdom principles.

True overcomers are those who defeat the enemy and all his lies by the blood of the Lamb, and by the Word of our testimony, and when we do not love our lives so much that we are afraid to die for our convictions. Help us, Holy Spirit, as The Church to rise up and live by our convictions. Amen.

And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.”
Revelation 12:11 NLT

May our overcomer testimony be, “Yes, I am blessed and joyful through the fire!”

*Daniel 3:26-27, 30

Then Nebuchadnezzar came as close as he could to the door of the flaming furnace and shouted: “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!” So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stepped out of the fire. Then the high officers, officials, governors, and advisers crowded around them and saw that the fire had not touched them. Not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn’t even smell of smoke!
…Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to even higher positions in the province of Babylon.

GOD’S LOVE AND FIRE TAKES US HIGHER. AMEN.❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

*Yes, and everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil people and impostors will flourish. They will deceive others and will themselves be deceived. But you must remain faithful to the things you have been taught. You know they are true, for you know you can trust those who taught you. You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.
2 Timothy 3:12-17 NLT
