God is not calling us to perform for Him. God is calling us to be empowered by Him.
We cannot be pitiful and joyful at the same time. I am not always Joyful Jenny. Sometimes I am down with Debbie. I have to spend more time with Jesus on these days. It’s not a quick fix. Perhaps you relate? Sometimes, instead of a praise dance party I have a pity pouting party and that leads to my “Joyful Jenny” name being hypocritical. Self pity always leads me away from the restoration of Joyful Jenny to digressing into the depressive “Debbie Downer” personality for sure.

These GLAD TIDINGS of GREAT JOY and the comfort the Prince of Peace brings must continually be received.
Whatever God allows to happen to you, He is more than able of helping you conquer and victoriously overcome for the purpose of awakening within you what He wants to release through you.
God anoints those He appoints and who are available and answer His call, both men and women, young and old.
Thinking on God’s Word and using God’s Word and His promises as a lens to view all of life’s circumstances through will bring peace. This is the renewing of our mind that brings peace, but you have to discipline yourself to put this kind of thinking into daily practice.
Stay covered under our good good Father’s canopy of kindness and joy.
