Remembering The Blessings

Today was my precious Mom’s graduation day. She bowed her head and left this earth peacefully on December 29th 14 years ago. I share the priestly blessing of scripture because I wrote it out on most every card I gave my Mom when I became an adult and at the prompting of the Holy Spirit.... Continue Reading →

Only Your Mother

Who will bond with you before you arrive? Who will hold you in her arms through many sleepless nights? Who will teach you to do what is right, always pointing you to the light? Who will hold you close in her heart throughout her lifetime? Who will love you unconditionally? Who will consider your needs... Continue Reading →

Remembering & Redeeming June 13th

On June 13th, 1994 (28 years ago), very tragically and unexpectedly at the young age of 30, my beloved brother, Donnie, entered his heavenly home. I still remember the nightmare like details of that day, but God has healed and restored so much joy the devil came to steal and destroy. I always remember you,... Continue Reading →

What does the presence of Jesus bring?

Several months ago, while reading John 20:19-23, I immediately “saw” something I had not seen before. God has kept me coming back to this for such a time as this. “That Sunday evening the disciples were meeting behind locked doors because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders. Suddenly, Jesus was standing there among them!... Continue Reading →

September 11th – A Historic Day to Remember and Honor True Heroes

This historic day we should never forget, nor should the heroic actions of all these men and women ever be cancelled out. Who are these mostly unknown heroes we need to remember? They include, but are not limited to, the Firefighters, First Responders, Police Officers, and evening the extraordinary fellow citizens who love people enough to risk and endanger their own lives to save others. These heroic ones never start fires that destroy and dessimate citizens and cities, but instead they are the extinguishers of the furious flames of devastation. You will never see these true heroes rioting, but instead these are the brave ones who risk their own lives by running into burning buildings to save others whom they do not even know. In times of crisis, true heroes always arise. They are not born then, however, they have been heroes all along by just quietly serving behind the scenes.
